Preparing our tomatoes for canning.

This last fall we once again canned tomatoes and found a super easy way to prepare tomato's for canning.
Well, we decided to make a video showing how it's done.
We were going to make a movie about canning them but we got so busy trying to get them all done that day we totally forgot to film it! So there won't be a pt.2 until fall. Sorry about that!
Sorry it has taken so long to get this posted! We were not sure if we were going to post it after all.
ENJOY!

Update On Dad

Just an update on Dad.  He is now hope and has just now started on therapy ( he had to wait on the VA).

He is doing better than he was. He still is very weak and gets tired very fast and is still numb on his right side. He no longer has the double vision and is starting to get his hearing back a tad.

We are just so blessed that he is as good as he is and that it was not worse. We found out that the stroke he had was rare. We also found out that it is good he had it on his right side because a left side stroke is very horrible and is more likely to leave permanent damage. Please continue to pray. ♥

A change in our Life

On Sunday, March 22nd 2015, My father Hugh Had a stroke.

But as we had been having the flu lately we did not suspect that he had a stroke until Monday Night, Because he did not show the "signs" of a stroke till then
So on Tuesday, Mom and Glory took Dad
to the ER in Plymouth.
From there they sent him by ambulance to ST. Joseph In
Mishawaka, where they confirmed that he had a acute stroke in the lower back part of his brain, on the right side. Which is a very rare type of stroke.

Thankfully, he is doing better,
But he will not be back to how he used to be ( mentally and physically) for some time to come. He is numb on the right side of his face, can't hear out of that ear, and is struggling with double vision, and weakness.
My family and I are very grateful to all our friends that have
come and visited Dad, He really appreciates it!
Please Keep us in your prayers!!

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
